I thought I took it pretty easy on my cheat day…guess not.
Up three pounds from Saturday, but down 13 overall.
2 more days and I’m at 30 and I can say that slow carbing was deff the easiest diet I have ever partaken in. I good food and lose weight. I don’t get the cravings to eat mad shit and over all I feel good.
I’m heading out to Vermont to go snowboarding this week, so it’ll be a good ending to my initial 30 days.
I’m sure my diet will suffer while I’m gone, but it’s all a good reason to get back to the grind when I come back.
Ultimate goal hit sub 200 lbs.
