Day 8: Feeling the kettle bell burn

Today’s weight 214.6 lbs

I brushed the dust off my kettle bell yesterday and did about 60 reps.

I prob could have done 75, but I decided to take it easy the first time.

I have a 16kg kettle bell and it’s  the ideal weight right now, but I’ll probably have to get a heavier one at some point.

Below is a video showing how to do the kettle bell swing.

After I was done, I was like…”that was pretty simple”

But I deff feel a little sore in some places, like my hammies and butt cheeks.

I guess that means I’m doing it right.

I’ll probably add some more exercises this week. I was feeling lazy yesterday, so I pushed myself to at least do the kettle bell.

I’m keeping it short today, cause I’m pretty busy at work, and I don’t have much to write about.

I think I’m going to make my Wendy’s clone chili tonight, so I’ll probably document and post more about that manana.
