Day 23: Sometimes you just have to move heavy things

Today’s weight 208.6 lbs

Day 30 is a week away…geez

So far I have been slow carbing it and that’s it.

I mean every now and then I’ll participate in some sort of activity, but like TF said…loosely quoted…”That shit don’t count as exercise.”

I’ve been kinda doing the kettle bell swing thing, more like once a week and I haven’t gotten into any type of working out routine, which is straight lazy on my part.

I’m here to say something we all know…You’re only going to lose so much weight just doing one thing.

It’s all about diet + exercise.

That’s pretty much the winning formula for any type of weight loss fitness program.

I guess what I’m really trying to say here, is that it’s time for me to step my game up and do work. I’ve been coasting on the slow carb boat and it’s time for me row.

I’m sure most of you are probably actually exercising, which is awesome, but for those of us who aren’t, thinking we’re going to lose 30+ lbs…that shit isn’t likely to happen, unless we run some distances and lift heavy stuff a repeated amount of times…

Don’t know what the weather is like in your neck of the woods, but as spring/summer approaches…get out of the house! Find some cool stuff to do outside, get fit people!
